Keeping a journal is the next important thing you can do for your success. When keeping a journal try and keep track of all of the small details. I like to write down what exercises I did and for how long. Then I write down how many calories I've eaten and from what type of foods they've come from. This is important because you'll be able to see your progress. It's especially fun to look back after a month and see how far you've come.

The last tip is to do everything in your power to try and achieve your goal. If you're about to do something that is contrary to what your dream is then don't do it. This means that if someone brings donuts to the office it's better to pass. This means that when you don't feel like working out you need to hit the gym. Once you've built up a habit (usually around 21 days) it will be a lot easier to stay on track.
